## How is $299.99 possible when agencies quote thousands?

Small team, modern tooling, and none of the agency overhead. No account managers, no six-meeting discovery phase, no padded invoices. We hand-code in Next.js, which lets us move fast without cutting a single corner.

## What does “live tomorrow” actually mean?

Send your request during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET, any day of the week) and give us the info we need, and your website is live the next day. If we miss that, 50% of your build fee comes off. That is the whole guarantee.

## What do I need to provide?

The basics about your business and what you want the site to do. A logo and photos help, but they're not required. We can work with what you have and make it look intentional. No domain yet? We'll handle that with you too.

## Is the $49.99/month hosting required?

Yes. It's how your site stays fast, secure, and monitored, and it includes your weekly analytics report, 60 minutes of changes every month, SSL, and our uptime promise. Your first month is free after the build fee, and your rate is your rate.

## How do payments work?

There's no checkout on this site and nothing due today. After you reach out, we call you, confirm the details, and invoice you directly.

## Do you use templates or AI site builders?

No. Every site is hand-coded in Next.js, the framework behind some of the biggest sites on the internet. That's why our sites are fast, and why they don't all look the same.

## What about changes after launch?

Every month of hosting includes 60 minutes of changes. New photos, new hours, a new section. Bigger projects get a simple, fair quote before any work starts.

## What if I already have a website?

Even better. We'll rebuild it properly, keep your domain, and you'll feel the difference in speed and in the phone ringing. Redesigns are the same flat $299.99.
