Terms of Service

These terms cover website builds and hosting provided by Eclipse Digital Group ("we", "us"). By requesting a build or using our hosting, you agree to them.

Builds. The one-time build fee is $299.99. Delivery means a completed, working website at an agreed URL.

Next-day guarantee.If you send your request during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM Eastern, any day of the week) and we have the information we need — your business details, contact info, and a confirming phone call — your website goes live the next day. If it doesn't, 50% of your build fee is waived. Automatically, without you asking.

Hosting.Hosting is $49.99/month, with the first month free after the build fee. It includes hosting, SSL, monitoring, a weekly analytics report, and up to 60 minutes of content changes per month. Unused minutes don't roll over. Your rate does not increase while you remain a client in good standing.

Payments.We don't take payment on this website. We contact you and invoice directly. Hosting may be paused for unpaid invoices after reasonable notice.

Your content. You keep ownership of your business content. You confirm you have the right to use any material you give us. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Uptime. We target 99% uptime. If your site goes down, we fix it. Our liability for any issue is limited to fees paid in the prior three months.

Cancellation.Cancel hosting any time; your site files are yours, and we'll hand them over on request.
